South Australian Sparkling Shiraz is the drink of the day for Amber from Adelaide
Today’s column of ‘my drink today’ comes from Amber Matson in Adelaide.
Sparkling Shiraz from South Australia
‘Last weekend while staying down at Second Valley (South Australia) I stumbled across the Trafford Hill winery.
A tiny boutique winery at only 600 cases per year I happily sampled the Sparkling Shiraz named after his granddaughter ‘Isabella’. It was gorgeous, creamy and perfect for a spring afternoon in the SA hills – yum!
Go visit John & Irene, you won’t regret it.’

Sparkling Reds sind bei uns in Australien sehr beliebt, gerade zur jetzigen Fruehlingszeit.
